Lone Star School is located in the southwest boundary of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The school sits on the NE corner of the intersection of Lone Star Road and Hickory Street. We serve approximately 900 students from Prekindergarten through Eighth Grade. This makes Lone Star School the largest Dependent school district in the state. Lone Star School was founded in 1910 in a two-room school house that is still standing across the street from the present school complex. We have a rich tradition in academics and sports. In the last 30 years Lone Star has had at least 30 of its graduates go on to be either Valedictorians or Salutatorians of surrounding high school graduating classes.
