Educational Service District 123, based in Pasco, WA, is one of nine ESDs in Washington. Dedicated to delivering collaborative solutions that promote learning, ESD 123 serves 23 school districts in seven counties of Southeastern Washington. Under Superintendent Bruce Hawkins and its board of directors, this legislatively mandated, not-for-profit educational organization provides efficiency of educational systems and equity of learning opportunities for 65,000 Washington students.

The Kahlotus School District is located in Southeastern Washington, 45 miles NE of Pasco, Washington. The residents of the district are involved in cattle and wheat farming. A number of people in the district work for governmental agencies: Corp of Engineers at Lower Monumental Dam, Lyons Ferry Fish Hatchery, and Coyote Ridge Corrections Facility. Lamb Weston is also an employer of people in our district. Due to small class sizes, the District offers a unique teaching experience for both students and educators. Educators teach a number of related classes at different grade levels allowing students and teachers to build quality relationships throughout the student’s educational development.

Star is a small rural, public school in Franklin County, Washington, offering instruction for students in grades kindergarten through sixth grade. The school is nestled on the edge of a beautiful wheat field. Star School District operates only one school, Star Elementary. Star School strives to teach each student at their level and encourages them to reach their highest potential. Positive behavior and a family connected atmosphere are taught and stressed daily.
