Goochland County Public Schools are located in central Virginia, just west of Richmond, along the I-64 corridor, bordering against the James River. We serve around 2400 students in a preK-12 program dedicated to academic excellence and career preparation needs for all students. VISION AND MISSION: We are committed to providing all students with an education to assure quality learning and living in the 21st century. Our efforts will focus on meeting the intellectual, personal, social, and career preparation needs of all students.
