Lyle School District #406 is located in the Columbia River Gorge and serves the residents of the communities of Lyle, Dallesport, Appleton, High Prarie, Timer Valley, Murdock and the surrounding areas. Lyle School District offers a K-12 educational system for approximately 300 students throughout the school district. The district administrative offices are located inside the secondary school at 625 Keasey Ave, in Lyle Washington.

The White Salmon Valley School District is a small, consolidated district in Southwest Washington state, serving students from the cities of White Salmon and Bingen, and the outlying areas of Husum, Underwood and Snowden. Approximately 1200 students are served by Whitson Elementary School, serving students in grades K-4, Henkle Middle School, with students in grades 5-8, Columbia High School, grades 9 through 12. In addition, we also run The White Salmon Academy, an alternative school for students throughout the region. Our district is also the host for Giant Campus of Washington, a resource for online high school courses.
