The purpose and mission of the River Valley Academy is to enhance and facilitate student learning by combining state-of-the-art digital curriculum and instruction with access to local school resources that complement the instruction and prepare students to become lifelong learners and productive citizens. The River Valley Academy is comprised of four separate learning choices for parents and students. We offer a full-time online program (K-12) through a cooperative partnership with TRECA Digital Academy, a full-time High School program (RISE) (Grades 9-12) in our sponsor's high school buildings, a full-time Middle School program (ASAP) (Grades 6-8) in our sponsor's middle school building and a full-time Elementary program (STARS) (Grades 1-5) in each of our sponsor's elementary buildings. With our four program options, we believe we have given our parents and students an opportunity to find the best or most appropriate learning environment to maximize each individual student's potential.
