Delabar CTE System is a regionally-organized system that delivers career and technical education (CTE) programs to its member schools. Delabar CTE System is governed by a Board of Control, which is a legal entity defined by its local cooperative agreement. Only members of Delabar CTE System receive state and federal CTE funds. The geographic boundaries of Delabar CTE System are aligned with the boundaries of the Henderson-Mercer-Warren Counties Regional Office of Education, Knox County Regional Office of Education and Carl Sandburg College in order to maintain operations effectiveness, efficiency and program continuity.
The Mission of the Henderson-Mercer-Warren Counties Regional Office of Education Project Stay-In is to increase attendance through education, intervention, and a positive learning environment. We strive to work with families to eliminate barriers that result in attendance difficulties in school.
The Monmouth-Roseville C.U.S.D. # 238, in partnership with our families and community, will establish a safe, supportive learning environment for students to become ontributing members in a culturally diverse society.
