About School District: Members of the GJCS Vision Team began the process of developing our vision by examining data regarding our perceptual beliefs about our educational system, demographic trends, and student performance data. Through these activities, stakeholders prioritized and determined that our ultimate goal was to create lifelong learners. Thus our vision statement is “Learning for Life.” It was also important to our stakeholders to further clarify our vision through a set of belief statements. These beliefs statements represent key tasks in accomplishing our vision.
