About School District: West Jasper School District would like to announce the new upcoming Reading Program for the Kindergarten, First and Second grade students. The new program is called Superkids from Rowland Reading Foundation and it includes Reading, Writing, Spelling, Phonics and much more. The program focuses around a group of kids with whom our students can relate. Our students will learn letters and sounds through songs and movement. The program is research based and has shown great improvement in reading readiness and reading in the schools that use it. So “kids” buckle up for a ride of your life with the “Superkids” and Parents “hang on” as your child takes off in reading!
