About School District: Summit Academy Transitions High School serves students in grades 9-12. Our school will address the academic and social needs of all high school students and we specialize in students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and/or Asperger’s Disorder. We are guided by the belief that every child can learn, given the proper instructional environment. We will adhere to the theory of multiple intelligences in concept and in instructional design. We educate all students in a small group learning environment. Each classroom has fifteen students to two highly qualified teachers.
