About School District: We are extremely proud of our accomplishments and excited about this particular means of communication to our community, as well as to the world, about the variety of excellent educational opportunities for our students. The Hobart School District is genuinely concerned about all of its students. The curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of a very diverse population of students with expectations for academic achievement set at a high level. The Hobart School District prides itself on having quality teachers and a rigorous curriculum. Fine arts, athletics, and other elective programs and clubs expose students to opportunities for exploration and specialization for satisfying their personal interests. In addition, our students who graduate from the Hobart School District continue to be well prepared for post secondary and vocational education programs. We recognize the importance of producing top-notch students who are able to compete with other students, and we know that a shared partnership between school and home must exist in order to fully reach the potential of this goal. The Hobart School District recognizes this most precious resource, and strives to encourage positive parental involvement throughout the entire time a student is enrolled in the Hobart School District.
