About School District: The Coupeville School District is located on the central portion of Whidbey Island in Puget Sound, Washington. The Washington State Ferry system connects the island with the I-5 corridor and the Olympic Peninsula. Islanders also have the option of using the Deception Pass Bridge to reach the mainland.
