We are grateful and happy to be able to offer many caring services that support personal and academic progress. · Nursing services available for all students. · Social workers networking with students, families, staff, and county agencies. · Counselors and psychologists to better meet the academic and personal needs of our students. · Before-school and after-school child care as well as pre-school child care. · Well planned and prepared breakfast and lunch programs. · Outstanding partnership with the City of Cloquet to help us with police support and emergency plans and drills · Early Childhood Family Education programs to help families and their young children socially and academically prepare for school. Most of all, Cloquet school district employees embrace our mission to serve all of our community, birth through adult. The mission to serve becomes more possible, because we share this mission with so many care-providing agencies in our community, moms and dads, students’ extended families, community volunteers, and so many who have given moral and financial support for our students. I am starting my seventh year as your school superintendent. When I first arrived to Cloquet, I was impressed at the welcoming spirit present in Cloquet. I have never been more pleased to be part of that welcoming attitude and effort for all of our students, parents, and families. Never have I been more pleased to be part of the overall community effort to make Cloquet a caring, safe, and growing place to be. Welcome to all our school district has to offer.
