About School District: Sobriety High was established in 1989 as a nonprofit alternative school located in Edina, Minnesota. Converted to a charter school in 2003, Sobriety High Charter School now has locations in Burnsville, and Coon Rapids. Sobriety High Charter School is a member of the Association of Recovery Schools and is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools As a charter school, Sobriety High is open to all students free of charge and receives funding from the state of Minnesota, foundations, corporations, and individuals.
