The mission of the Lockhart Independent School District is to graduate all of its students as citizens who are educated, productive, and self-fulfilling lifelong learners. The school district’s community, parents, trustees, staff and students will provide a safe, caring, and challenging learning environment in which all students develop to their fullest potential.
Luling ISD District Mission Statement: Luling ISD believes it is responsible for preparing students to live and work in a changing world. To be successful as a District we must: prepare students to be lifelong learners; provide students with a balanced curriculum; assist students to develop citizenship and economic responsibility; develop students' appreciation of their American heritage and its multicultural richness; assist students to develop positive attitudes towards schooling and its importance to their future. Luling ISD has committed itself to providing instruction at a high level of quality and providing the resources necessary for quality programs. The District is also committed to accounting for the results of school programs.
