Mission: All Groom students have access to a quality education to enable them to achieve their potential and fully participate in social, economic, and educational opportunities. It is Groom Independent School District's belief that: The general diffusion of knowledge is essential for the welfare of the community and the preservation of our liberties and rights; A successful public education system is directly related to a strong, dedicated, and supportive family; and Parental involvement in schools is essestial for maximum educational achievement. Vision: "Excellence Now - A Committment to the Future".
-
Mission: “We believe that all students can and must learn at relatively high levels of achievement. We are confident that students can master challenging academic material with our support and help. We establish standards all students are expected to achieve, and we continue to work with them until they have done so.”

VISION STATEMENT: The vision of Spring Creek ISD is to develop a team approach to education: a team composed of teachers, parents, and members of the community working together in support of a program of excellence for all of the young people entrusted to our care. In this fashion, the school will become the center of the community and the hub of activity: a place which, through involvement and commitment, will develop in their students a sense of belonging, spirit of community, and a desire for excellence. Measurement should drive instruction to meet individual student needs and maximize mastery learning. Fundamentals to measure are: 1. Maintain enrollment of 90 or greater. 2. 80% of STARR taking students will accomplish mastery learning. 3. Student attendance will be 96% or greater.
