  Roby CISD is a Class A school district located approximately 20 miles North of Sweetwater, TX at the intersection of HWY 70 and HWY 180. The Region 14 Education Service Center in Abilene, Texas serves the district. The District's mission is to prepare all students to function effectively, successfully, and productively. This mission is grounded in the belief that all students can learn and can be successful in learning tasks if the teaching and learning experiences are meaningful, appropriate and challenging. To this end, the District is committed to the correlates of effective schools through their daily application in the operations at the District and campus levels.

  The mission of the elementary, junior high and secondary schools of Rotan ISD is to prepare all students to function effectively, successfully, and productively in our democratic society. This mission is grounded in the belief that all students can learn and be successful in learning tasks if the teacher and learning experiences are meaningful and appropriate. To this end, the campuses are committed to applying the elements of effective schools in the daily operations of each campus.
