EARLY COLLEGE ACADEMY
The Academic Acceleration Academy (AAA) is the only charter school sponsored by Columbus City Schools. We provide students with traditional academic courses in a nontraditional environment. Small class, highly qualified teachers and technologically well-equipped classroom afford students an interactive and challenging learning environment. The AAA has a variety of services and resources beyond a full academic offering to help students individually. We have partnered with several community organizations to help meet the needs that many students face which prevents them from successfully completing high school. The AAA provides students with a warm caring environment of which they can grow and develop.

ACADEMY OF COLUMBUS
Imagine Academy of Columbus is a growing K-8 Charter school located just off Morse Road in Columbus, Ohio. We provide educational opportunities for more than 350 students in the area. Led by school leader Mona Bolding, our school is in it's seventh year of educating students to be successful leaders within the community. ARTS & COLLEGE PREPARATORY ACADEMY
In September, 2002, The Arts and College Preparatory Academy opened its doors to high school students in the Central Ohio community. Since the beginning, ACPA has provided its students with first rate academic instruction, along with many opportunities to engage in artistic expression. ACPA graduates pursue post-secondary studies in a variety of settings throughout the country. All students receive concentrated assistance to apply and enroll in colleges and universities. Recent ACPA graduates attend a variety of universities and colleges such as Otterbein University, Ohio Dominican University, Capital University, Bowling Green State University, The Ohio State University, Ohio State Newark, ITT Tech, Columbus State Community College, as well as specialty schools such as The Cooper Union and Columbus College of Art and Design. Most, if not all, students receive assistance through financial and academic scholarships. Many of ACPA students receive college credits while attending high school. We strive to create an environment safe for ALL students. Members of our school community demonstrate respect, intellectual rigor, and safety.

CHARLES SCHOOL AT OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY
The Charles School at Ohio Dominican University is a five-year program offering students a high school diploma and up to 62 hours of college credit tuition free. Students who may have faced obstacles in the past, and students who might not have considered college, have teachers and advisors who smooth the transition to college. Life Skills Center of Columbus North provides a teacherassisted, computer-based learning environment in which students may work at their own pace. The staff of Highly Qualified Teachers and licensed professionals provides students with the individual attention they need to achieve academic success. Once a student has enrolled, the Life Skills experience begins with orientation, where the students are transitioned into our unique academic model. We individually assess each student’s needs and abilities and create a Life Skills Learning Plan uniquely designed to ensure that our students receive the necessary support and resources to graduate with a state-recognized high school diploma. Life Skills uses the Apex Learning Series for our core curriculum subjects. The Apex Learning Series is aligned with Ohio State Standards and includes reading, language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science. Life Skills also uses a number of supplemental curricula, including A+ Anywhere Learning System, OCIS, How to Master, Spark 3000, GRADS Parenting Class, and careerbased intervention and life skills training.

MIDNIMO CROSS CULTURAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL
Midnimo Cross Cultural Community School (MCCCS) is an urban middle school (6th-8th grade) and a 9th grade academy. At MCCCS, we serve over 140 students and their families from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds. OHIO SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF
The Ohio School for the Deaf (OSD) was established in 1829, making it the fifth oldest residential school in the country. Throughout our 170 year history, student achievement was tied to American Sign Language. The Ohio School for the Deaf Alumni Association is responsible for the nation's only elderly care facility designed for and operated by Deaf persons. The mission of the Ohio School for the Deaf, an educational facility and resource center on deafness, is: to provide comprehensive education for Ohio's Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students which encourages independence and life long learning to promote social development and cultural awareness; to prepare students to attain their potential and become contributing members of their communities; to collaborate with schools and other educational programs serving Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students and their families to meet the individual needs of each student all via a barrier-free communication environment using American Sign Language (ASL) and English.

Founded in 2005, Premier Academy of Ohio continues to offer a “premier” choice for students and families in the community. We proudly serve students in 8th through 12th grade. Our mission is to prepare students through rigorous instruction, extracurricular activities, and parental/community involvement, in a safe and nurturing environment to attend and graduate from a two or four-year college, while gaining the skills to successfully enter the workforce.

PSCHTECIN PUBLIC SCHOOL
The mission of Pschtecin (Shec-ti-cin) Public High School is to provide 14 to 21 year old students an 9th-12th grade educational program with a better option to achieve high academics standards. It is a brick and mortar school with blended instruction(computer-based and direct instruction) curriculum that is value based. A very comprehensive and holistic approach is used, which first and foremost perceives and relates to the students as individuals of worth, value, promise, talent, and importance. The students will be able to complete high school, learn readily marketable work skills, and explore post secondary training options.

SCHOLARTS PREPARATORY AND CAREER CENTER FOR CHILDREN
ScholARTS Preparatory and Career Center for Children, or "The Joy School", includes grades Kindergarten through 12 and creates learning adventures through arts and academics that will motivate children to achieve their maximum potential, become lifelong learners, and productive members of their communities. At ScholARTS, "Every Child is a Scholar and a Star." We aim to increase literacy and graduation rates! Too many Columbus school children do not complete high school. The evidence shows that children must be motivated and exposed to rich and rigorous educational experiences long before they begin high school if they are to complete high school. We integrate arts and academics in order to keep children motivated and actively engaged in learning. This includes children from all racial and socioeconomic groups; rich, poor, gifted, and challenged children. To us, every child is a Scholar and a Star. And each child is required to respect the safe, caring and comfortable environment in our schools. The elementary grades, K-4, expose young children to a wide variety of career options. The upper grades, 5-12, prepare early adolescents for success in high school.

SUMMIT ACADEMY TRANSITION HIGH SCHOOL-COLUMBUS
Summit Academy Transitions High School serves students in grades 9-12. Our school will address the academic and social needs of all high school students and we specialize in students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and/or Asperger’s Disorder. We are guided by the belief that every child can learn, given the proper instructional environment. We will adhere to the theory of multiple intelligences in concept and in instructional design. We educate all students in a small group learning environment. Each classroom has fifteen students to two highly qualified teachers.

Virtual Community School of Ohio was established in 2001 and serves students in grades K-12 all over the state of Ohio. VCS Ohio is a community school sponsored by Reynoldsburg City Schools for the purpose of providing an innovative educational option to families. VCS is an ideal setting for students who need specialized instruction, students with disabilities, students removed from school for disciplinary reasons, students who desire to work at an accelerated pace and students who philosophically do not want to attend a traditional school.
