The mission of Educational Service Unit No 5, as a cooperative educational agency, is to enhance opportunities for all learners by providing innovative and responsive leadership and support services to empower schools in achieving their individual missions. Educational Service Unit No 5 will provide services, products and funding, that support teaching and learning activities of the school districts' students, teachers and administrators.
FREEMAN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The Freeman Public Schools shall function as a community directed institution committed to the diverse social, emotional, physical, and intellectual learning needs of students so that they may become responsible citizens.
SOUTHERN SCHOOL DIST 1

MISSION STATEMENT-The Southern School District exists for the benefit of its children and will prepare students as responsible citizens and lifelong learners. The District will promote a positive, active learning environment with relevant and challenging instruction and high expectations for every student.
