The Harper Independent School District serves pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade students in a diverse and growing district located about 76 miles northwest of San Antonio and 90 miles west of Austin. It is the purpose of the District to provide all of its students with an education program which will allow them to develop to their full potential intellectually, physically, and emotionally in order to be responsible citizens, lifetime learners, and contributing members of society. Inherent within this purpose and mission is the belief that all students can learn and that school can make a difference in the lives of students.
