The Hardin-Jefferson Independent School District, with an enrollment of 2040 students, is a consolidated school district located in a predominately suburban area of Southeast Texas approximately fifteen miles west of Beaumont. The district is composed of ten separate and distinct communities encompassing two counties, Hardin and Jefferson, and covers approximately 255 square miles. Mission Statement: To provide the best possible education for all students in an environment that promotes and develops responsible, productive citizens through a cooperative effort of all parents, students, teachers, administrators, and the Hardin-Jefferson community.

Silsbee Independent School District is located in East Texas approximately 100 miles east of Houston and 15 miles north of Beaumont. The district enrollment is approximately 2,900 students and covers a 265 square mile area. The District's mission is to empower students for the challenge of the real world.
