JEFFERSON COUNTY NORTH
Jefferson County North Schools strive to instill and model character with our students. To better emphasize this area of education at the high school level, faculty members participated in an in-service 2 years ago dealing with the topic of ethics/character. From that in-service, the faculty decided to emphasize the core principles of respect, responsibility, integrity and empathy.

VALLEY FALLS
All students, grades 4-12, are expected to keep letter grades above an “F” and grades will be monitored on a weekly basis. If a student is failing a class, the student will have one week to raise that particular grade before the principal or student improvement team (SIT) intervenes (This is referred to as the Academic Probationary Period).
