The mission of Anson Independent School District is to provide a unique educational system to help students develop into life-long learners and responsible citizens who possess the education and self-esteem to compete successfully in a technologically advanced and multiculturally diverse society.

Hamlin ISD is located in Northwestern Jones County, Northeastern Fisher County and Southeastern Stonewall County with a total land area of 273 square miles. There are approximately 500 students enrolled. Our Mission: To help All Students learn everything necessary to successfully assume the various roles of productive American Adults.
