Lexington County School District One is the number one place to lead, learn and live. Thanks to tremendous community support, our students benefit from a high-performance learning culture that prepares them to be a new generation of leaders and global citizens who are self-directed, creative, collaborative, caring and multilingual. The mission of Lexington County School District One — where caring people, academics, the arts and athletics connect — is to prepare 21st century graduates while serving as the center for community learning.

Nestled in the midlands of South Carolina, Lexington County School District Three encompasses all of Batesburg-Leesville and the surrounding area. Most of the District is located in Lexington County, but a small portion extends into Saluda County. The District serves students in grades K3 through 12 in four schools: one primary (K3 through grade 2), one elementary (grades 3-5), one middle school (grades 6-8), and one comprehensive high school (grades 9-12). The District provides support for an adult education program and First Steps early intervention program. MISSION: Preparing students for the future… now!
