The Peshtigo School District earns its excellent reputation by offering a wide variety of educational, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities that meet the varying needs and interests of the general student population. Composed of the Peshtigo Elementary Learning Center and the Middle/High School, the District’s exemplary instructional programming and safe, nurturing environment serve not only resident students but also a high number of non-resident students who choose to attend the District through Open Enrollment. The Peshtigo School District takes great pride in the educational partnerships it has developed with other area school districts, post-secondary institutions, and local businesses. Peshtigo High School collaborates with UW-Marinette, UW-Green Bay, and NWTC in the dual credit programs and course articulation. This allows students to take college-level classes on-site with the District’s instructors and receive college credits which transfer to the various Universities in the UW-System. Additionally, Advanced Placement courses are offered in various core subjects. The District also offers a quality summer school program, featuring remedial services for credit-deficient students and students needing additional support to reach or maintain grade level performance in core academic areas, as well as other high-level interest courses which promote the fine arts or quality leisure skills.
