Mission Statement: Orangeburg County Consolidated School District Three will provide a quality education through shared responsibility in a safe supportive environment for all to meet the challenges of a global society. Vision: Orangeburg County Consolidated School District Three will prepare all students for high school graduation and to become positive future leaders.

Orangeburg Consolidated School District Four is located in the midlands of South Carolina in beautiful Orangeburg County. The district serves approximately 4,000 students. The district is composed of three (3) attendance areas: Norway/Springfield, Edisto, and Branchville. These attendance areas serve students living in the towns of Cope, Cordova, Norway, Orangeburg, Springfield, Neeses, and Branchville. Accredited through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), Orangeburg Consolidated School District Four is recognized throughout the nation as a “Quality School System.” The mission of the Orangeburg County Consolidated School District Four, through the combined efforts of the home, school, and community, is to provide quality educational opportunities appropriate for individual learners to help them reach their maximum potential and become successful, productive citizens.
