Perry County School District No. 32 is located in Southeast Missouri about 80 miles south of St. Louis along Interstate 55. Perry County is flanked by the Mississippi River on the east and Missouri's eastern Ozarks on the west. The campus, which includes an elementary school, middle school, high school, area career center and early childhood center, covers 116 acres in Perryville, Missouri.
Both the area career center and the high school are fully accredited by Missouri's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. It has been the policy of the Board of Education to consider the requirements of this accreditation association as minimum standards and to aim for a higher degree of excellence than required.
It is hoped that learners from kindergarten through twelfth grade may achieve maximum self-realization through opportunities offered by the district's program of studies. The district endorses this goal by its well-defined curricula.
