RCISD encompasses 74.48 square miles and claims a tri-county boundary: Rockwall, Collin, and Hunt Counties. Even in theslower economic climate we are currently facing, the enrollment in Royse City ISD has continued to climb. All campuses in the district are accredited by the Texas Education Agency and our secondary campuses by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. From kindergarten to high school diverse special programs are available to support the regular curriculum, gifted and talented, and special needs. The high school offers advanced placement classes along with dual credit courses. The district also offers an alternative education for at-risk students through the Royse City Academy.
