Addison Central School is a rural district serving 1,279 students in one Pre-K - 6 elementary school, one Pre-K - 1 elementary school and one 7 - 12 middle-senior high school. The teaching staff is composed of 126 full and part-time teachers and teaching assistants. There are 117 support staff members. The administrative team includes the Superintendent, Business Administrator, Senior High School Principal, Elementary School Principal, along with a Secondary Dean of Students and an Elementary Dean of Students.

HCS offers several extracurricular activities for students of all ages. Our sports program fields competitive teams at the modified, junior varsity and varsity levels in soccer, tennis, golf, volleyball (girls), basketball, cheerleading, wrestling, cross country, track & field, softball, and baseball. Instrumental music instruction is available to students starting in the fourth grade
