The district covers approximately 71.4 square miles and serves the students and families of the City of Oil City, Borough of Rouseville, as well as the Townships of Cornplanter, Oakland and parts of President. The mission of the Venango Technology Center is to focus on the economic future of the region through quality career and technical education. Seven area schools are affiliated with our school. Students attend from Cranberry, East and West Forest, Franklin, Oil City, Titusville, and Valley Grove School Districts. The programs at our school are designed to meet the needs of students as well as occupational requirements in the labor market. Courses offered to students will prepare them for all levels of ability to enter jobs in technical, skilled, and semi-skilled occupations.
