An appreciation for the fine and practical arts must be encouraged. Experiences which will contribute to future economic efficiency must be integral parts of curriculum planning. Relatively equal emphasis must be attached to programs to prepare both the young people who are anticipating further education as well as those for whom public school is a terminal educational experience.
