Hillsboro School District serves the Community of Hillsboro and the greater surrounding rural areas of Hillsboro, Elroy, Wonewoc, Union Center and La Farge. The district lies in the driftless region which provides us with spectacular views and some of the most unique terrain in the State of Wisconsin. Our enrollment is approximately 600 students who benefit from strong academic, vocational, and extra curricular programs while maintaining a small town atmosphere. Hillsboro schools proudly boast its parent, child and faculty collaboration for the success of our youth and the accomplishment of the following mission statement: "Learn, Achieve, Succeed!"
The Kickapoo Area School District is a pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grade school district located in southwest Wisconsin in Crawford, Richland and Vernon Counties. The School District serves the villages of Viola and Readstown and portions of the towns of Clayton, Bloom, Forest, Franklin, Kickapoo, Liberty, Stark, Sylvan, Union and Webster.
La Farge Schools serve grades pre-K through 12th grade and is located in Southwest Wisconsin’s Driftless Region. Our rural setting allows for small class sizes with excellent student to teacher ratios.
The mission of the Viroqua Area Schools, in partnership with family and community, is to provide a safe educational environment that fosters life-long learning and promotes the development of the whole individual seeking to cause students to become productive and responsible citizens in our ever-changing global society.
