About School District: Known for its exceptional academic attitude and commitment to the arts, the Connetquot Central School District of Islip is comprised of eleven schools located within the hamlets of Ronkonkoma, Bohemia and Oakdale, close to the geographic center of Long Island, about 50 miles east of New York City.Connetquot encompasses parts of Sayville, West Sayville, Lake Ronkonkoma, and Hauppauge, and is served by the L.
