About School District: MISSION STATEMENT : The Wheelerville Union Free School District will be competitive with similar elementary/middle schools within New York State and be able to successfully meet the standards established by the Board of Regents for such schools. Students will develop strong moral, ethical, emotional, intellectual and cultural values along with a desire to pursue a continuous learning process. They will cultivate an understanding and appreciation of the rights and responsibilities of American citizens and be prepared to achieve the most complete life possible within their individual needs, interests, and abilities.
