About School District: The Robert Benjamin Wiley Community Charter School is located on the east side of the city of Erie, overlooking Lake Erie. Mission: "The Robert Benjamin Wiley community Charter School is designed to develop responsible democratic citizens who are prepared to face the challenges of tomorrow.
