The mission of the Overton County Board of Education, Director, administrators and teachers, in a partnership with the lay citizens of Overton County, is to produce young men and women who will leave our system with the ability to think clearly, use good judgement in all areas of life, be competent in basic skills, be prepared to learn throughout the rest of their lives, and who possess the ability to do well in whatever endeavor they may choose.
